Finding a way to heal

Hello kind reader

It’s been a few months since the last update, now nearing my last weeks in my second period (the next 15 weeks + 2 weeks extra).
My 2 weeks at home were very busy, too busy actually.
Doing thing after thing, just keeping my mind off all the feelings and thoughts.

Uncovered that I have CPTSS, which explains a looot of things, but finding my way throught it…
The light at the end of the tunnel is that I can heal from CPTSS, find a way to a healthy life style with healthy coping.
Learning to regulate my feelings is a top priority.

For now, keeping a steady pace, plan my 5 week break and hold onto the good moments.
